1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bdtbit ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through bdtbit.net, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, promotional features, and customer support services.

These Terms apply to all users regardless of the device, network, or browser through which the platform is accessed. By using bdtbit, you agree that you have had sufficient opportunity to read these Terms and that you accept them without reservation.

bdtbit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the contact details held on their account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail. The platform is directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that accessing online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register an account and use the bdtbit platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Gambling is strictly for adults aged 18 and above only.
• You must be a human individual acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the bdtbit platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not have previously had an account terminated by bdtbit for violations of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false details, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

bdtbit actively enforces the 18+ age restriction. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a user may be under 18 years of age, bdtbit will suspend the account pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period in which age verification has not been completed may be withheld.

3 Account Registration

Each individual user is permitted to hold one (1) account on the bdtbit platform. Maintaining multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During the registration process you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your national identity card or passport.
• Date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or above.
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification.
• A payment method registered in your own name (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a supported bank account).

You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If any of your details change — including your mobile number or email address — you must update them through your account settings or by contacting support. bdtbit is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate contact information.

Identity verification ("KYC") may be requested at any point during your use of the platform, including before processing your first withdrawal, following a significant change in account activity, or as required by our internal compliance procedures. Documents typically requested include a copy of your National ID card (NID), a recent bank statement or mobile money statement, and a selfie photograph. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the bdtbit platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum and maximum amounts applicable to each payment method are displayed within your account's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

bdtbit accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — instant mobile financial service, registered account required in your own name.
• Nagad — instant mobile financial service, registered account required in your own name.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — account must be registered in your own name.
• Upay — account must be registered in your own name.
• Bank transfers via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank — subject to standard processing times of the respective institution.
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards — subject to card issuer approval and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your bdtbit account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the provider. In cases of technical delay, deposits are typically credited within one (1) hour. If a deposit is not credited within this period, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. The standard processing time for bdtbit to approve a withdrawal is between 15 minutes and 24 hours, subject to any KYC or compliance checks that may be required. Once approved by bdtbit, the time for funds to appear in your mobile wallet or bank account depends on the selected payment method. bdtbit does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges.

bdtbit reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of the source of funds. Withdrawal requests may be declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bdtbit may offer various bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to both new and existing users. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses awarded on the bdtbit platform unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to the general withdrawal rules; bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager using bonus funds before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳30,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Contributions from different game types towards wagering requirements vary. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• bdtbit reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a user's account will be honoured subject to their specific terms.
• Using more than one account to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account closure.

bdtbit does not guarantee the availability of any particular promotion. Promotional periods are time-limited and may coincide with specific events such as BPL matches, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market. Players are encouraged to check the promotions section of their account regularly for current offers.

6 User Obligations

As a registered user of bdtbit, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• You will use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent on behalf of other players, is strictly prohibited.
• You will not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting scripts or bots, or engage in any form of collusion with other players.
• You will not use any VPN, proxy, or other technical method to disguise your location or circumvent any geographic restriction applied by bdtbit.
• You will not deposit funds sourced from illegal activity. All funds deposited to bdtbit must be legitimately owned by you and free from any third-party claim.
• You will not make chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith. Any chargeback initiated without a legitimate dispute will be treated as fraud and may result in legal action.
• You will treat bdtbit staff, support agents, and other users with respect. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards any member of the bdtbit team will result in immediate account suspension.
• You will keep your account credentials strictly confidential and not share access to your account with any other person. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.
• You will promptly notify bdtbit at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, or any error in the crediting of funds to your account.

bdtbit monitors account activity for signs of irregular behaviour. Where suspicious activity is identified, the platform reserves the right to suspend an account immediately and investigate. During any investigation period, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold pending the outcome.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

bdtbit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform to facilitate illegal transactions.
• Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period as requested by bdtbit.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith against bdtbit.
• A user's request for self-exclusion under the bdtbit Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. bdtbit will provide a written explanation via email within 14 calendar days of the account closure decision where the closure is initiated by the platform.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.

8 Limitation of Liability

bdtbit provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtbit makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of any information displayed.

bdtbit shall not be liable to any user for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with:

• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bdtbit's reasonable control, including power outages, telecommunications failures, and force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party provider software malfunctions, provided that bdtbit acts in good faith to resolve the issue with the relevant provider.
• The user's own failure to maintain the security of their login credentials or mobile device.
• Losses arising from a user's decision to gamble, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of anticipated winnings, or losses resulting from a failure to meet wagering requirements.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.

In circumstances where bdtbit is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability to any individual user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to bdtbit in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bdtbit's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
